Welcome to Floral Flair Creations
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Subscriptions Plans:
We offer two subscription plans:
A One-month delivery. 
A 3 month subscription.

Payments: All subscription fees are billed monthly. By signing up, you authorize recurring payments for the selected plan.

Cancellations:

Cancelation requests require a two-week notice before your next billing date.
No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription month.
Seasonal Selection: Subscription bouquets are designed with seasonal blooms, and customization is not available.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are priced based on the scope of the request and agreed upon before production. Full payment is required upon approval of the design.

Delivery:

We currently deliver to Firethorne, Young Ranch, and Jordan Ranch neighborhoods in Katy, TX.

Subscription deliveries occur on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, between 9:30 AM -1:00 PM CST.  If no one is home to accept the delivery, it will be left at the front door. Proof of delivery will be taken with each delivery. We will not be held liable for damages to the arrangement if left at the front door.

Delivery schedules for custom orders are coordinated individually.

Refunds and Replacements:
Refunds are not provided for subscription bouquets.

Intellectual Property:
All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Floral Flair Creations. Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to Terms:
Floral Flair Creations reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
